Europe: £3.50

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR DELIVERY?

In many cases we will be able to deliver from stock, so 7- 14 working days. However, delivery times may also exceed these times should stocks be low or if we are shipping internationally

For Express Delivery options these will take 2-5 days depending on the Royal Mail Service.

Any Delays for Postage should be taken up With Royal Mail once items are shipped. Clooci is not held responsible for delay in goods shipments. For up to date news on royal mail serivces please click here

 

CAN I CHECK THE PROGRESS OF MY ORDER?

To track orders please email orders@clooci.com where our transport team will then contact you and update you on the status of the goods and email you the tracking number for your parcel.
 

 

WHAT DAYS DO WE NOT DELIVER?

 We do not deliver on National bank holidays for your country and not on the below dates:

-1st to 4th January

-Easter Sunday and Easter Monday

-December 25th and 25th

 

RETURNS DURING THE COOLING OFF PERIOD

All products sold by Clooci.com must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered to you.

Before shipping your return, we invite you to email
orders@clooci.com to obtain your Return Number (Your orignal order number) This will enable us to speed up the refund process.

Damaged Items

All damaged item will need to be notified within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidense sent to orders@clooci.com

Delivery Charges

In the unusual circumstance you want to send back goods to us, we do not refund charges for delivery of items sent back to us. Damaged and Faulty item replacements will be sent out for FREE once the orginal damaged article is returned. We do not offer refund on delivery charges for items chosen not to be replaced and simply refunded will not have postage fee reinbursed

NON Refundable Items/ Refund FEE's

Clooci does not offer refunds on:

-Special offer deals and Bulk order purchases if items have no faults

-Delayed Delivery items (we offer exchange only)

-Sale items are Sold as seen

-Clooci.com will allocate a 5% fee for any items which are refunded with no damage or fault or FULL value if a exchange is taken

 

Geek the Artist Bespoke Art:

On Geek the Artist Bespoke Art we do not refund orders. We Refund 50% of the value of the painitng if you find a fault with the painitng itself. On all aspects that are not painting related i.e. Painting Framing and Postage and Delivery we do not offer refunds but exchange for other Clooci products on the managers discretion

 

The parcel must be delivered to the courier within 7 working days from the date in which you received your order.

If you are returning more than one item from the same order, they must be sent in a single delivery: Clooci Decor cannot accept multiple return from the same order, with items sent at different times. Remember that the return delivery costs are at your own expense

If one of these conditions is not met, Cloocim Decor will not accept your return

 

REFUND TIMES

After Clooci.com has received your return and verified that all of the Conditions have been met, you will receive an e-mail confirming that your return has been accepted.

Refund times depend on the payment method used when purchasing:


Credit/debit card: refund times will depend on the card company's policies. We assure you that the currency date for the credit will coincide with the date of the original payment, therefore you will not be charged any interest fees
 

PayPal: refunds will be credited to your PayPal account and will be visible immediately. The actual reimbursement to the credit card associated with your PayPal account depends on the company that issued the card
